Lead Engineer GSM- BSS
No of Position: 1
Qualification: BE/B.Tech
Location: Bangalore
Skill Sets: GSM- BSS, UMTS, TCP/IP
Job Discription:
- Support and Deliver solutions to customers.
- Conduct trials with the Customer in the Customer lab and ensure tests are run to Customers satisfaction
- Review Training Material and Provide Training to the Customer
- Raise trouble tickets for issues found during testing
- Working closey with product support,project management and sales teams to ensure customer focus
- Conduct technical workshops for customers
- Familiar with 3G/2G mobile air interface and RF optimisation
- Practical experience of IP networking
- Installation and Commissioning of BSS nodes and Core Network Integrations
- Excellent communication skills, customer facing skills
- Very good presentation skills
- Need to be able to travel on short notice worldwide

Senior Technical Writer
No of Position: 2
Qualification: Any Degree/ PG Degree
Location: Bangalore
Skill Sets: 5-7 years of experience in Technical Writing, Eaperience in FrameMaker, MS Word, Epic Editor, AGIL, Data/XML, Online Help tools, and Webworks,
Job Discription:
- Research, analyze, and author technical documents
- Work closely with product designers, product managers and testers to verify technical content, accuracy and scope
- Identify and secure the required information and perform high level technical assessments and work estimates.
- Will perform complex task analysis, flowcharting and content analysis on routine projects
- Work closely with one or more junior writers to mentor them in their technical writing, product knowledge and authoring development
- Participate in project and quality review meetings
- Assist team lead in implementation of processes and quality across multiple projects
- Participate in reviews of authored content, and ensure timely response with corrections
- Work closely with team members to share information and ensure technical and visual consistency across multiple document suites
- Aid in the proofing of printed documentation prior to distribution to Sasken.
