With a recent consolidation in our customer market, a significant number of documents required rebranding. SNEL helped in defining a corporate style for user documentation, suggested documentation delivery format that were best suited for the product line and rebrand it accordingly. The project was planned and executed with minimal impact on the release timelines.

SNEL has been providing consultative support to leading service providers in India in achieving high quality standards in their installation and maintenance practices.
Our consultants are conducting audits of radio sites of the service provider across 19 circles in India. We use a proprietary audit model for assessing network quality that is based on relevant recognized industry standards. We have been delivering site-wise as well as comprehensive recommendations to improve the service quality levels among their internal execution teams. Our findings have resulted in significant reduction in capital spending on services as well as maintenance expenses for the service provider.
SNEL’s RF Audits and Benchmarking activity has helped service providers in India, Middle East and Africa to compare against competition on various performance indicators including perceived voice quality metrics. Our benchmarking reports include comprehensive market wise summary of service provider performance against competition.
We have conducted first-of-a-kind independent, third-party objective benchmarking of six service providers across 39 cities in India. The delivered benchmarking output has enabled network carriers to correlate benchmarking data along with customer satisfaction index to get a 360-degree view of their performance. Our customers have used our reports to assess relative performance of their networks to competition, identify and track root cause of network problems, analyze consumer performance and churn as well as determination of capital allocation.
SNEL Technical Support Services (TSS) Team have been successfully executing Support programs for providing Remote and Onsite Technical Support Services while following structured processes for executing these programs. Customer Satisfaction is a key focus for SNEL Technical Support team activities.
Our Technical Support team has driven a major network Mobile Number Portability conformance rollout / upgrade program pan India for a valued customer that involved lab trials, live network hardware and software upgrades, all levels of Technical support and professional services. We implemented and supported this activity for more than 9 operators in India across all circles with more than 225 nodes/platforms/servers in a shortest possible timeframe of 3 months.
