SNEL offers a unique service that helps network operators test the on-field performance of newly released handsets. Through these tests, the operator gets to understand the experiential quality of the network through our simulation of customer experience on the given handsets. These tests are designed to critically analyze the interoperability of the commercial handsets with the network. Our tests are designed to arrive at subjective scoring of the quality of service with the handset, correlation of service quality with the network performance data, isolation of defects in handsets leading to quality of service issues. While our tests are based on standard methodologies followed in the industry, they can be customized as per operator requirements.
