Responsible for P&L account and budget compliances of project
Customer relationship management
Ensure project deliverables
Compliance to all quality plan/ EH&S standards (internal/ customer specified)
Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower and equipment)
Identification , assessment and performance evaluation of vendors
Assist project directors/ commercial function to negotiate and finalize the contract
Ensure compliance of statutory requirements by subcontractors/vendors
Co-ordinate with government, semi-government, other independent companies involved in the project to achieve targets
Team building & motivation, managing performance of individuals and the team
Facilitate training/competency building. Act as trainer
