Murli currently heads Sasken Network Engineering Ltd. (SNEL), a fully owned subsidiary of Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd.
As the business leader for SNEL, Murli’s mandate is to make SNEL a Tier-1 player in offering end-to-end network integration services across the deployment lifecycle.
Murli’s total work experience is 25 years, which includes 21 years in the Telecommunications field. His association with Sasken started way back in 1995. During this tenure, he has donned diversified roles and responsibilities in Marketing, Key Account Management, Product Management and Engineering Management. Murli has been one of Sasken’s key business leadership team members.
Prior to joining Sasken, Murli was with Center for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) - the Telecom Technology development centre of the Government of India. As part of C-DoT, Murli’s responsibilities spanned from design and development of large scale telecom systems to executing operator trials and complying with acceptance test criteria.
Murli holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

Vice President, Global Delivery & Business Development
Manoj heads the Global Delivery and Business Development functions for Sasken Network Engineering Ltd. He works on developing portfolio roadmaps and strategy to develop and grow the network engineering services business across regions. He also takes care of delivering solutions to multiple customers internationally. Manoj has been working with the $150Mn Sasken group since 2003 and has led multiple software delivery organizations. He has extensive experience in running a large software development centre, coordinating work across multiple divisions, teams, and sites, across countries. He transitioned from the software development side to taking on a leadership role for the engineering services business in 2008, in alignment with the organization’s strategic imperatives.
Prior to Sasken, Manoj worked with Motorola for 6 years. His tenure there was a period which has been categorized as the most exciting phase of the mobile communication revolution in India. He was involved in the first mobile network roll outs in India and was a key project manager acting as the liaison between Motorola and the large government telecom operator. Manoj managed and executed projects that saw the mobile network reach expand from urban centers to remote villages.
Manoj is a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Calicut University, Kerala, India and a Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune, India.
